BEFORE THE BABY,
THERE WAS THIS VERSION OF YOU—
WAITING, CHANGING, BECOMING.
THE BECOMING
Pregnancy can feel like a strange little in-between. You’re growing a person, making plans, rearranging rooms, and somehow still trying to remember what you walked into the kitchen for.
That’s why I want your maternity session to feel less like a photoshoot and more like a pause. A chance to slow down and remember what this season actually felt like — the way your partner looked at you, the shape of your growing belly, the quiet moments at home, and all the little things you probably won’t realize you’ll miss until later.
There’s no need to know exactly what to do. We’ll move around, talk, take breaks, let the moments happen naturally, and make space for the things that feel like you.
You don’t have to look or feel perfectly put
together. You just have to be here.
I keep maternity sessions intentionally relaxed so our time together feels more like a day in your life than a photoshoot. There’s no need to know how to pose, worry about looking perfect, or wonder what you’re supposed to do with your hands.
We’ll move around, slow down, talk, wander, and let the moments happen naturally. We can make space for your partner, your family, the nursery, your favorite corners of home — whatever feels like this chapter of your life.
The goal isn’t to manufacture a perfect maternity session. It’s to document you as you are right now — before the baby arrives, before everything changes, and before you realize how quickly this version of life passed.
